This past year we have experienced so much. We have seen the devastation of storms, wars, political unrest, and personal trials. Yet in every situation there are always things that happen that are usually unreported on and many times missed. I recall what a friend shared with me in regards to a trial she and her spouse went through. During this very difficult time in their season of mourning a kitten showed up at their home. The kitten showed up at their door and for some reason it didn’t go to the other town houses but it did go to theirs. The kitten brought joy and excitement to their home as they took it in and made it their own. Only God new where there heart was and what they needed. I can recount this past year the many times I or another friend was confronted with a trial or struggle and opportunity arouse to overcome. God is faithful and he deserves acknowledgement and praise.
With that being said take note of the little things in life. Acknowledge Gods intervention and cherish those times. Allow God to give you strength and meet the need that may be on your heart.
“I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow.” Jeremiah 31:13
